the 22 - km Rs. 9,630- crore MTHZ is a critical infrastructure showpiece for the financial capital as it will drastically reduce the distance between central mumbai and Navi mumabi and also connect to the proposed second air port there.

Scientists Discover Source of Water on Moon.

google image
Scientists have discovered that the most likely source of water on moon is the constant strean of charged particles from the sun known as the solar wind. The findings by researchers from the university of Michigan imply that ice inside permanently shadowed  polar craters on the moon, sometimes. called cold traps, could contain hydrogen atoms ultimately derived from the solar wind.
Theoretical models of lunar water stability dating to the late 1970, suggest that hydrogen ions ( protons) from the solar wind can combine with oxygen on the moon's surface to from water and related compounds called hydroxyls, which consist of one atom of hydrogen and one of oxygen and are known as OH.
google  image
Water and related compounds have also been detected in the lunar Regolith, the layer of fine powder and rock fragments that coats the lunar surface. however, the origin of lunar surface water has remained unclear. The study findings are published in the Journal Nature Geoscience.

What is The Process of Fruit Ripening and Change of Color     from Green to Yellow or Orange  ?

google image
Several Major  change can take place as fruits ripen not all occur in every type of fruit, but taken collectively they characterize ripening processes they include (1) a rise in respiration rate (2) production of ethylene (3) flesh softening (4)appearance of color (5) formation of volatiles with associated development of flavor.
google image
Among these changes formation of bright colors, which evolved to attract dispersal agents such as birds, browsing animals, and primates, now become a particularly important visible indicator of maturity and ripeness pour fruit, stone fruit , tomatoes, mangoes and straw berries provide good examples where color is a prime indicator of ripeness. The non greening of leaves its called senescence as in leaf denescence, ripening in fruits also involves chlorophyll loss and an increase in production of yellow, orange, red or purple pigments,.Yellow, orange or red pigmentation  as seen in oranges and tomatoes, arise from convesion of chloroplasts to chromoplasts. In higher plants, carotenoids which are found in chromoplasts. and anthocy units which are located in the vacuoles fulfill an important purpose as colorant of fruits.
google image
For example the red color of tomato (lycopersicon esculentum) fruits is due to the carotenoid pigment lycopene, whose concentration increases dramatically during the ripening process. the deep yellow colour of mango fruits is duo to the presence of beta carotene a common phytochemical within a group of 600 known carotenoids. similarly the red colour development in apples and purple colour development in grapes are due to the formation of anthocyanin pigments in their skin. sometimes both types of pigments can occur in the same fruit. these  pigments are formed as end products of too separate pathoays during ripening the pathway, which leads to the accumulation of yellow - arange carotenoids or red lycopene and the anthocyaning pathway which leads to the accumulation of anthocyanins in the vacuoles are these two pathways.

On The Right Side of History

Capital formation and its productive use are central to economic growth. It allows opportunities to the private sector to make multifarious investments in an economy fueled by domestic  demand.
Foreign Capital prefers access to new markets, away from the ones that are saturated. India, with its 1-2 billion population, is an ideal investment haven,. In its absence, we will fall short of capital for infrastructure, for manufacturing activities and for use in the service sector. capital generated domestically is insufficient to meet our increasing , demands. capital provides oxygen of growth and helps create jobs , brings efficiency to industry, ensures quality manufacture and helps build necessary highways for delivery of services. It is in this context that we need to view Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). In multi- brand retail.

The curious cold layer is far frostier than any part of earth's atmosphere, despite venus being much closer to the, the "Daily mail" reported.

'SARS' Like Virus Seems Unlikely to Spread Easily

google image

A new strain of a potentially deadly virus related to SARS(severe acute respiratory syndrome),which has killed one man in saudi arabia and left a Qatar man critically ill in london, does not appear to spread easily from person to person, the world health organization (WHO) say still, officials are urging vigilance, saying that health workers around the world should be on the lookout for anyone with acute respiratory syndrome and requiring hospitalization who had been in the middle east, where the virus first surfaced, or in contact with a suspected or confirmed case within the last 10 days on saturday, who which was rushing to develop a diagnostic test, said that doctors should test for the virus only if the patient is severely ill, so as not to overburden the health care system.
The virus, as yet unnamed, belongs to the coronaries family, like SARS that is the same family of virus as the common cold. In 2002, a SARS outbreak that began in china went on to infect 8,000 killing one in 10 victims.
"From the information available thus for it appears that the novel corenevirus cannot be easily transited from person to person", W.H.O. said in a statement on friday. "given the severity of the two laboratory confirmed cases, W.H.O. is continuing to monitor the situation in erder to provide the appropriate response, expertise and support to its member states.
