     Ac Train Fares, Freight Rate Go Up From oct 1.

All ac train freight tariff and cost of food at railway stations  will go up from october 1with the coming into force of service taken at a meeting between railway minister CP joshi and finance minister p. chidambaram here..  Fares of AC first class executive class, AC - 2 tier, AC- 3 tier, AC chair car will go up by 3.708% from october 1 and a notification to this effect is being issued, a senior railway ministry official said. Besides, the service tax will also be levied on freight and auxiliary service, he added, 
The service tax is 12.36% buy affer the adjustment of 70% of this, it will effectively be 3.708%on passenger fares in AC classes and freight services.

  Forgot  Card ? This ATM Scans Hand to Shell Out Cash

Forgot your ATM card pat home ? no worries this Japanese machin will scan  your hand and give cash. 
A regional bank in japan on wednesday started operating ATM; for cash withdrawals; deposits and Balance inquiries that do not require plastic cards but instead identify account holders by scanning their hands. account holders using the service offered  by Ogaki Kyoritsa bank based in Gifi pre    feature  are required to input their birthday, place their palm on the the sensor and input a PIN at an automated Teller machine, Kyodo news agency reported. registration is required at a teller counter before hand and the bank said customers may  access their accounts even if they lose cards or passbooks after a major disaster, for instance.

   CBI to File Inquiry Into Coal Block Allocation since  1993



WIth  The widened ambit of its investigation into the coal block allocation scam, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)  is likely to register a preliminary inquiry into  the coal block allocation made between 1993 and 2009, the CBI , in a day or two will also ask  the coal ministry for all documents related to the allocations since 1993, when the policy of allocation of captive coal blocks to private Firms started.

The CBI will be probing allocations of 195 coal blocks allocated during the period. the agency is already probing irregularities in allocation of 64 coal blocks to 142 companies between 2006 and 2009. "There could be a fresh preliminary enquiry  into the coal block allocation since 1993 or in would be added to the ongoing preliminary  enquiry in the allocation 64 coal blocks " a CBI officer said.

             Mobile Ads Spend to Touch Rs. 250 cr. In 2013

Mobile advertising  market spend which is pegged at Rs. 180 crore today, is expected to increase by 40 per cent to reach around Rs. 250 crore in the Next 12 months, a report released  by Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) of India said.

             Hindu Marriage Act in Bangladesh 





Aiming to provide legal and social protection to Hindu women form marriage - related cheating, the Bangladesh parliament has passed the Hindu marriage registration law. passed on september 18, the law, first of its kind has kept the provision of marriage registration optional. The mover of the bill, Qamrul Islam, state minister for law, justice and parliamentary affairs,  said the government framed the act in the absence of any such regulation. 
The 'Hindu Marriage Registration Bill-2012' authorizes government authorities to appoint a Hindu Marriage Registrar at every war and upzilla across the country. The registrar of a woman below 18 years of age and a man under 21 years.
